Booking Information

a) Payment and Reservation

A 30% deposit is required at time of your booking; to enable us secure necessary reservations in hotels and national parks. The balance must be paid four weeks prior to client’s arrival.

Mode of payment includes cash and wire transfers. This can be paid into our company account or be made at our Uganda office in Kampala.

Confirmation of safari is through filling in an enquiry form or by e-mail and a remit of 30% deposit as a sign of your agreement with our terms and conditions.

b) Tour Pricing

Depending on services and other requirements in the itinerary, Go Uganda Safari Ltd holds the right to change the costing at any time.

c) Itinerary Alteration

We will do our very best to meet your safari arrangements, however, Go Uganda Safari Ltd holds the right to alter the arrangements due to unforeseen situations like permit reservation, accommodation and flight schedule.

d) Cancellation

The company cancellation policy is that a certain sum of money is forfeited in case any member of the group cancels out the safari. Cancellations and costs incurred are as follows:

  • 60-30 days before departure 20% holiday cost are forfeited.
  • 30-15 days before departure 70% holiday cost is forfeited.
  • Two weeks or less before departure 100% of holiday cost is forfeited.

Note: No cancellation charges will be incurred in a case where safari dates are postponed safari to a future date as long as this is done within 30 days prior to the original safari departure BUT note the regulations policies on Gorilla and Chimpanzees permits.
